Consider creating a character on your channel called "avatar". They can look like a squid game man and be a body you can posess in our reality. Then dressed as avatar you can do a traditional painting on camera and record it to watch with your chat and discuss the painting process.
The reason you might want to record offline is to edit out anything you wouldn't want on stream,and also so that while you're entertaining your channel you're not trying to figure out how to work a camera and paint at the same time.
