I guess it's kind of a hard pill to swallow if you really like her content, but the fact is, the community doesn't require Nijisanji-casted vtubers like Selen/Doki and Pomu/Mint to thrive. And if their continued activities mean the fracturing/erosion of vtuber culture as a whole (which, let's be real, people are a lot more lax about namedropping roommates because of them, which makes graduation seem more attractive to Hololive members) then it's a hell of a price to pay just for two vtubers that the wider community would have been able to survive just fine without.
Cancerous clip channels like Rainbow Retirees wouldn't exist if the community hadn't essentially changed its rules just so that Mint and Doki could still have careers.
