>>44435308>NijiEN's staff fucked up by probably only looking at numbers again and not vetting their talents enough. Is it really their fault?
You take a look at the people applying and find someone that not only has good experience on the field but also a channel with decent numbers and growth. You wonder why even bother the company but that either means they are committed to the job or have ambitious on their own which it's a good thing. Maybe this is the gig they needed for whatever their dream is.
Even if you look at their PL and be like this person is unhinged you get some reassurance when they sign the contract because that imply they will behave, right?
So, is it really your fault if this person turns out to be greedy instead of ambitious? If that person turns out of be lazy instead of hardworking?
You can expect that person to be somewhat unprofessional since that's one area they have no experience but at what point is this person unprofessional or just irresponsible?
How many burgers do you need to burn until the manager calls you out? Or how many times does the manager have to explain you to not call the costumers in line "your niggas"? All those times you showed up late or in time but high?
They only thing Nijisanji has messed up so far it's not kicking her after the first month of fucks up and having the patience to let her keep the job for another month.
