However what is not fine is meddling with merch offers. I suspect Vshojo's contract make talent to give % from ALL merch sales, including ones that didnt have Vshojo involvement at all. That is why Vei left (not like she has much merch now lol) and that is why Matara was fired (she refused to share % of her Bricky merch sales thus breaching the contract).
Of course, it is all speculation.
