I just think Cover is just scared of spreading out too much, too quickly. But I can believe that they are eyeing on the opportunities in EU if they are planning to go global, it's probably something that they know but we don't. Or there might be too much risk in it. I can definitely see a "Global Gen" that consists of talents who can speak the top most used languages in the world like Spanish, French, Russian, etc.
