Mori's tea time zatsudans have shown that a lot of combinations work well. Even without Mori, there's the very good fish tank we had (and which I believe Mumei and IRyS would fit in very well), Sana has good chemistry with Ina, Gura, and all of council. IRyS is everyone's sweetheart/sister. The only combination I cannot imagine is Gura and IRyS because they barely interact (though I would love to see). And I can't think of any specifics regarding Kronii and Ame.
So really, the more zatsudans/podcasts the merrier. My ideal combination would be Gura, Ina, IRyS, Fauna and Bae. 5 people might sound like much, but it's the full collab size so it's proven to work. Wide range of interests, all of them can be fairly talkative and engaged about various topics, good balance of energy levels (especially around morning JST times), and all of them are active talkers in larger groups.
