>>56694289>So would you say that when starting simply, would you want to start with just imagining the same thing over and over or can there be a degree of variation?Doesn't matter. When you're dreaming your brain is just doing random shit, thinking random things, as well as going over what you did or thought recently, then trying to stitch it all together in a way that makes sense to you. If you have a lewd dream of your oshi but you drove past a cow that day, even if you really didn't think about it, she might be in a cow print bikini in your dream. If you think of just general lewd situations with your oshi regularly, it'll randomly wander to those thoughts during your dream more flexibly while if you think of one thing specifically it's more likely it'll go to that one, but it's not guaranteed. Either way you'll get a lewd dream. It's kind of like the "power of suggestion", which is why I recommended lewd pictures of your oshi around your bed to better remind you of such things without you directly thinking of them yourself, just the imagery will start to affect your dreams without you having to consciously think about the contents. If you think of just one thing it won't make it happen sooner, it'll just make it more likely that specific thing is your lewd dream when it does.
The real key for quicker results is consistency in how often you think lewd thoughts.
>you probably wouldn't want to fap (to completion or not) prior to sleeping too, right?Correct. The hornier you get the more likely your brain will have horny dreams. If you switch to never letting yourself cum when fapping and just eternally edge yourself, that should help but might be too extreme for some anons. If you jacked off but didn't cum probably about 30 minutes to an hour before going to sleep that should help you a lot more as well, but again don't do it too near to when you fall asleep or it'll fuck with how well you sleep and defeat the point.
>if I ever got "too concious" I'd wake up>I could somewhat kinda control if for a second or two seems like whenever I put too much conscious effort into it I wakeYou begin to engage parts of your brain that shouldn't have much activity the more you exert control over your dreams, which can wake you up sooner. The ideal form I found was to kind of "gather" everything you'll want for the dream, such as people or objects, all at once and in one spot and then try to distract yourself, allow yourself to forget again, or just think about it as little as possible otherwise you risk waking up. If you can lucid dream the only tips you really need is that first thing about remembering them, that thing I said about exerting as little control as possible while still getting all the results you want, and learning to calm yourself almost stone cold so you don't get your heart rate too high and wake up, which is easier said than done with this specific dream topic. Lewd dreams are akin to nightmares in that regard.
