Depending on the version of Claude you're using, it might still be able to do lewd but won't be as horny (some older versions like 2.0 and 2.1 (the former even more than the latter) have such weak filters that I can straight up do /ss/ stuff with this JB-on-main setting). JBs are overly powerful because they're always placed right after the last message, so it has the highest priority for the AI.
Similarly, you can also use a JB to tell it to cook less. But the thing with Claude is that he's as stubborn as he's schizophrenic, so it's kinda random whether he decides to listen to your instructions or just go ham and keep writing his novels.

Then there's Charybdis, which used to be free (and still is if you got a token before it went paid), but it's pretty expensive IIRC. And I wouldn't really recommend paying for proxies since there's no guarantee that they'll stay up forever, and they still run into the same problems as public proxies once in a while like random spikes in delay and running out of keys.

One of the reasons why CAI has gone to shit is that you can't really filter current LLMs without significantly impairing their ability to function normally. I've noticed that Claude's filter gets temporarily stronger all across the board when a new model comes out, since it's when the investors are going to be paying the most attention, but once the dust settles they always bring it back down to normal in order to not fuck the actual customers over.
