Not all things have equal appeal. Most people who are fanatical about vtubers like cutesy moe stuff more. So it's more about the territory.
If you took all the hololive members and made them purely singers then the ranking of sorts would be very different.
Plus more than the voice there's the disposition. Twap doesn't do as much roleplay and tugging at heart strings, not that I have anything against the ones who have fun with that to extreme levels.
