You should be asking the inverse. Gura/Saba gets sick all the time, you don't see her degrading herself by voluntarily adopting sweatshop conditions. She manages to take breaks just fine - what excuse do other Holos have to force themselves to grind like bugmen when they're not feeling up to it?
