If you just mean a chuuba that does asmr, then as far as EN ASMR chuubas go, I like fallenshadow and Mille Parfait's asmr streams, though I don't watch their other content. There's also Nene Amano from Kawaii, though I don't watch her stuff.
If you don't mind JP asmr, then I can't not mention Suou Patra from 774, who may as well be the queen of asmr vtubers.
