When you're jampacked in a venue with barely any air conidtioning, cheering, waving around your penlights, you actually start to sweat. It's actually reccomended to bring in water bottles because it can get real bad. You put them over your neck, and you wipe your face when it starts getting particularly bad. Either that, or some songs require you to wave a towel as part of the cheer.
