I don't know why you guys are so convinced that dividends are hardly affected by weekly performance. Fubuki was beating Marine, Noel, Aqua, Korone, and Coco weeks before. It doesn't make sense to assume that dividends are not affected by weekly performance when dividends have been changing week by week. I don't remember which week this was but it was at least 1 or 2 weeks before.
