For example, for the Koragi fireplace you could use Kohaku's plant placing thing, which would give you a rough idea on how you're going to animate shit, but it won't give you much more than that if the character isn't wearing a dress. For Koragi's case she's not, so you're gonna have to make the yourself.
Then the next part would be finding *more* animations that fit the character. This is going to be along process, an it will likely constrict your options of moves. At best it will look like MvC2 where the characters are a fucking leftover pot of Capcom fightans and at worse it will be god knows what.
For two or so characters, yeah, sure. For more than 5 or so? Seems like it might not be suitable in the long run
