Shion's announcement was March 6th 6am, 24 hours after that is March 7th 6am, now EN announcements never happen at that time....but things change when you look 2 more hours ahead.
From 9am to 5pm, there are absolutely no streams scheduled; neither for Hololive or Holostars.
