For those who missed their chance to get the Smite vshojo announcer packs and avatars as stream drops: Tune into any drops-enabled Smite stream for Viewer Points drops. That's in-game currency you can use to buy the items from the Viewer Store ('Esports + Viewer Store' from the game's main menu, then the 'Viewer Store' tab).
Currently, the avatars are in the store. The announcer packs will be available after rotation (maybe in 11 days, going by the rotation time I see in game).
