>>42935410Had a little thought about this but I think the traditional surnames/middle names would've shifted from occupation to maybe placenames as the different parts got unified. So probably something like [Given name]-[Family name]-[Identifier]. Of which family name is either derived from old occupation surnames or some kind of clan name for previously unsettled nomadic people.
