-Let talents crony-hired one another with little to no vetting, formed sociopathic cliques and essentially be shadow managers, who then prioritized whatever measly scrap of resource the corpo provide to themselves first, at the expense of the non-clique/lower-lever-clique-member talents
If you think the problem can be easily fixed, well it's not, because 1) East Asian Face-over-Truth culture 2) Again, shareholders aren't gonna accept reduction in profitability 3) Even if they wipe their EN branch and rebuild, their reputation is already tainted and it would take years to recover and they may not have the luxury of time since they've kicked that can of worm down the road too many times
