Even the sweetest, most talented girls in the world are going to fall under the rug in this environment, all the fucking time, even.
You wanna know something? There are tons of good vtubers outside of Hololive. Dozens, probably hundreds, maybe more. But you wanna know something else? The VAST majority of them are so unknown that not even /lig/ knows about them. Nor does /wyt/. Nor does /asp/.
Corpos, in their ideal form, find these talented types through the audition process and elevate them with a platform that gives them the attention they need to get big. Because outside of depending on fate or luck, you can't make yourself popular with quality and hard work. Luck is the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR IN SUCCESS. And prior to Hololive, girls like CC had luck in that they didn't fuck themselves over before getting into Hololive, and that their friend circle was nice to her and supported her instead of trying to crab bucket her away from success.
Be thankful for that, and keep all that in mind when you see the world outside the Garden. There are lots of good people there, but finding them is hard, and keeping them around is even harder.
