It's also why the branch is genuinely unsalvageable at this point - even if management changes things up and promises to do better, it might not mean much when there's still toxic talents that try to enforce their will on others like a bunch of schoolyard bullies. Conversely, even if the bad talents leave (either by force or because they realized the mess left behind and want to leave with what little good graces they can), the remaining talents can only do so much to change things up because of incompetent/malicious management.
This isn't helped either by the fact that the branch's reputation is basically tarnished from what happened from 2022 to now. Yes people will still join black companies as shown with WACTOR, but now even if the facts aren't 100% true, the most people associate now with NijiEN are basically
