>>36723759I think Magic is a thing but I also think it works through magic quanta which I'm pretty sure requires chuubanite nanora. The definition of chuubanite is still pretty loose so you could define the Risuner’s gem staffs as chuubanite or a wand that blasts fire bolts as chuubanite, I think.
