Seems to imply he does know who was responsible at the very least.
Annie has a long history of harassing people on this board, so him also being the one who randomly crabs everyone also checks out.
I'm sure Abigail has made anti-camui posts, but I'm certain the majority of the crabbing here has been Annie, with approval if not encouragement from Abigail
