You have a group of social autists signing for Hololive expecting a side gig and some even as a joke and suddenly they are the top Vtubing group in the world performing for tens of thousands of people, have you ever considered how much shit went down behind the scenes in such a stressful enviroment?
I mean we know for sure how everyone was pretty much a nervous wreck and those who seemed more well adjusted like Ina are actually paying the price now.
They had pretty much no one to depend on, language barrier preventing them to talk with their senpai and useless management being of absolutely no help, they were just those 5 autists finding themselves into the spotlight while being literally forced to cooperate.
So regarding Council I'd argue that they needed to be released sooner, HoloEN absolutely needed more members at the start just to slow the pace later on, even now after two years it feels like HoloEN is empty and needs more people in it.
