Found it, basically go to the LoRA tab, pick the "default LoRA multiplier" which is the just how much weight you want to put on the LoRA like how you would in a prompt and then merge to checkpoint. Should show up in the folder with all the models.

Click the "LoRA" then choose a LoRA with the multiplier you want to use in 2 and then merge to checkpoint. Should be there in the place with all the models.
