Because there is not a single vtuber in EN world with as much passion for idols, Akihabara, anime etc. as Pomu. FuwaMoco have higher powerlevel and are more of oldfags but they still lack courage to show it to the world.
Pomu managed to inspire her fans to perform proper wota chants. Nobody else in EN has done something similar.
