Tell them what happened, tell them they owe you 10k in residuals, tell them your partner manager for the waifu cup hasn't contacted you in months, tell them they stop giving your the samples they promised despite being a representative. You need to be open about these things and take some initiative. Stop caring about "annoying people" they're a fucking company!
