They could easily sign in some stipulations in contracts that could benefit both sides too if they did it case by case, such as allowing the vtuber to still appear in merch with a royalty cut to the vtuber. Generally when it comes to matters of IP rights, the looser the contracts are and the more free market it is, the better it is for all parties.

But for example if one day she leaves, she won't be able to interact with Anju, and that would be really sad. Things like that are why I think it'd be a net positive if it was the norm rather than exceptional circumstances. I'm happy as long as Rosemi/Pres is happy, nothing will change that short of me being killed
