I assume they recorded the more complex routines at the studio, maybe fixed in post a bit to fix timings on the large group performances, and then they left the easy routines to be performed live.The equipment can just be mounted in whatever big enough room they had backstage, they only need to wear the suits. Singing was 100% live.
It's the singing being almost certainly live that makes some dances look prerecorded. Movement, especially big movements with like jumping, cause the voice to fluctate a bit and their vocal performance was perfectly stable, as if they were not moving.
