It surprises me that Cover doesn't employ sound technicians to help the girls with the sound and mixing. Even the rattiest radio station generally has some nerd with a mixing board to adjust and do a sound check before going on air.
Cover just throwing a bunch of money at the girls, allowing them to source their own equipment and doing their own settings isn't a good policy. Problems like with some being louder than others, clipping and shit is bound to happen.
