I've never been on /vt/ before, im doing market research as i'm a head of content for a completely different niche of content and im trying to learn more about how people break through in the vtubing market as it just seems insane to get traction out of nowhere here. I myself have been a twitch partner and i made money on youtube doing gaming videos a few years back before i went a full time freelancer and now manage a big brand in said completely different world.
If you all can maybe give me some interesting info on the meta game of vtubing, i could answer a question in return regarding the creator economy / content / whatever you need help with.
Are people seeing success with starting from scratch with a high end model + quality content? No one cares about your streams from scratch naturally - so what type of content from new vtubers do get traction at the moment?
I guess getting the concept right from the get go with your model is a huge leverage, being in the trenches of the culture must spawn opportunities for what's attractive concept wise...but maybe pure originality will always beat that? - are a lot of you people just spamming streams without giving yourself a tailwind from the get go with said things?
