I will say this Nijisanji's style of essentially mass producing vtubers is much more appealing to investors then Hololives more methodical and careful approach. Realistically there is little value in talent development since if they graduate or are terminated the loss is much higher due to higher resource allocation being put into them. Also Nijisanji's more uniform merchandise and voice packs are much easier to sell too investors vs Hololive's admittedly more soulful but more risky approach.
