Its best to eat vitamin c. Guavas have 419% daily value of vitamin c per cup, followed by kiwis(185%), bell peppers(169%), strawberries(108%), and oranges(106%). Supplements are better than nothing but its not as good as natural digestible and soluble vitamin C from fruit.

But the sun also gives you fine lines, wrinkles, and ages you so take as much sun as youre comfortable.

In Eastern Europe theyve had a sauna culture since forever and those saunas are a healing and rejuvenating process, for the same reasons inflammation and fever is healing. The high temps. Dont do too much hot tubor working out, dont hurt yourself, do it enough until youre no longer comfortable.

I believe in the real stuff, and the above cures are real, same with a lot of European and North/South American herbal/fruit medicines. I stopped taking over the counter medicine years ago and Im perfectly fine and havent been sick in a long while. Pepto bismol is the only exception, that absolutely works and neccesary when traveling to foreign countries with substandard food hygiene.
