I found that Pixivs tutorials /materials section were godsend and made me pump out wonky sketches lightspeed. tracing/base uses can help when youre drawing stuff you wont post. Setting ambitions/future goals also helps alot, so you're drawing and creating for a goal you want to do in the future i didnt draw for months until i got into tempus!!
