Twap was cute today...
She has a stream at midnight tonight on RBC's channel, they'll be playing UNO with Polka and Ollie.
She may do another stream besides that one today, but she wasn't absolutely sure about it.
Tomorrow she has work and isn't sure when she'll be done with it, so depending on when she finishes and if she's too tired or not afterwards, she might or might not stream.
She is planning on streaming Sept 1st, but didn't say any details about what.
She will be taking part in the Shibuya HAL custom on Sept 2nd, she'll be joining with someone who she's never collab'd with before.
She got really pissed off at the backseating and spoiler comments during the boss battle, basically she told people to stop telling her what to do ("Towa's not radio controlled!"), she just wants to experience the game how it was meant to be played without people constantly trying to tell her what to do or not do. Just cheer her on and let her play how she wants, unless she asks otherwise.
She said that there are some streamers who avoid blocking all but the worst commenters, saying things like "well, most of the time they're being nice...", but Towa isn't like that. If she sees someone she thinks has a bad attitude, she'll wipe them out. She even looks for people making bad comments on clips of hers, and will block them as well. She does this so she's able to have a peaceful streaming environment.
She used to never really block people, but at some point she realized it was better that she started in order to ensure she can keep trying her best at streaming.
There's a lot of people who seem to think being a VTuber is some easy job, but Towa thinks it can be rather tough at times. There's definitely parts of it that can be hard. You have to deal with a lot of abuse from complete strangers, and it can be hurtful at times. There are times when she returns to the demon world, and those there that know about her job sometimes say things like "it must be nice...", but Towa thinks it's really not a simple job at all. There's lots of work to be done and things you have to deal with, and it can be really demanding at times.
She talks about a senpai she had at her previous part-time job, they were a really nice person, and she really respected them. They said "If it was me, I wouldn't be able to do it, so I think Tokoyami is really amazing." She really liked that senpai, they were someone she could talk to when she needed help, and when she was feeling down they could go out and eat together and they would listen to her worries and give her advice.
She said that's the kind of person she wants to become. She's still in contact with that senpai, but they don't talk as often because they're both doing their own things now and are busy.
When people show her kindness, she in turn ends up wanting to give that kindness to someone else as well. It ends up creating some kind of "kindness chain". She thinks people who aren't able to be kind, must not have received kindness themselves, so she actually feels a little sorry for them.
Tokoyami-sensei's lesson of the day is "Treat others with kindness, and kindness will be returned to you."
