I know why she's leaving and I understand (certain restrictions getting worse over time, perms in general, being self-critical over meeting deadlines). I've basically reached the acceptance stage but now there's a part of me that wants her to stay. I know she even said she had 2nd thoughts.
I just hope everything works out in the end and if her indie gig somehow doesn't work out or she completes her "training arc" I hope she could come back, they did say the door was open.
