Many of the bigger YouTube vtubers also have dedicated time stampers that allow you to quickly get caught up on a VOD. There's also third party sites that let you search for keywords in a vtuber's comment section, so as long as the time stamper caught that moment you can easily search it up later. It's a bit of a pain to create clips on YouTube though, and the chat is much worse. But it's great for archival purposes. I also like that you can use the automatically generated transcript to search things up in a VOD as well using Ctrl + F (Although Peo's too ESL to do that with because the AI can't understand her)
