>>10114319Investing in individual stocks is pretty crazy when I think about it. There's a good saying in that markets are a popularity contest in the short term, but a weighing machine in the long term ("true value" matters, but shitcoins are going to pump more short term from marketing). If you make a bad investment, did you just not wait enough for the price to be discovered? Or did you just evaluate it incorrectly? Will you ever find out?
No take backs and plays last years.
No wonder there's an "ETF bubble". Who is reading balance sheets when TSLA has a 300+ PE ratio. Who cares about dividends when the best ones you can get are 4.58% and SPY is rising 35%+ per year am I right? Maybe I'm missing something, "hopefully" this happening breaks the bubble and shows what was wrong.
I only got into crypto because I found about a project that solves the scalability problem well enough to be actually used for actual IRL applications, not only virtual defi gambling, but most importantly actually poised itself to that front getting a fortune 10 company to build something. Hopefully it solves a lot of real life inefficiencies and isn't only funny internet money.
