Nblood is usually the recommended way. It would require getting the OG game from abandonware or
archive.org, downloading NBlood from here:
https://github.com/NBlood/NBlood/releases and moving the files that the readme.txt tells you to.
But also don't worry about it since what I'm saying would mostly go for the original fans of the game. Fresh Supply isn't that? unplayable or anything and is often what other vtubers play.
