These days especially there’s a lot of both western and JP hyper artists (a style I dislike, I like bigger but not ludicrously so, the 50cm one just seemed funny) I think a lot of it is the size humiliation aspect, i.e. being used for sexual pleasure by someone who is clearly a girl but has a larger dick than the one she’s fucking (ie you as the vast majority of futa x male art/doujins I’ve seen is self inserts). But then futa x female and futa x futa are different dynamics and I’m not super into those - though I did start with them.
