Normally, you try to establish a culture within the agency that would discourage bullying. Why would you join an agency in the first place if you didn't want to be a part of a successful group of like-minded people that help each other out? But every so often you'll get some shitty people that slip through the vetting process and only care about themselves. It's still the entertainment industry, after all. Suffice to say that this isn't even the most toxic incident I've seen.
Unfortunately there isn't a lot to be done once you let things get to that point. Just keep your head down, learn from past mistakes, and don't let shit get that bad again. Ideally you'd like management (in CyberLive? fucking lol) to intervene before then, calm things down, and resort to disciplinary measures as a last resort if it's so bad that it's affecting morale. You're all in this together at the end of the day. Unless you graduate, of course
