yeah yeah good troll post or whatever but I'm amused nobody can pick out which ones have IBS, an extremely common disease that every sufferer of basically just hides because there's no mature reaction. there's especialy no mature reaction in the age of human resources where dehumanizing suspicions about individual employees are pretty much the constant topic of discussion and function as a kind of internal currency. if you reveal your illness to an HR "professional" expect to not receive less suspicion and instead be subject to a professional rumor mill who tells everyone at your work that your poopy hole hurt.
so no, people hiding health problems in this context is not unreasonable or unheard of, it's a new social phenomena caused by the death of the system in which managers hired their own employees. in fact work in general was a vastly happier, more efficient system with perhaps 1/10th as many social issues. if you want to see the cause of today's social ills march on down to HR and see the face of the overweight white females who treat your personal secrets and weaknesses like a video game.
if an HR ghoul is reading be assured you do the opposite of everything you say on the tin and you do it for corporate, you are the ultimate scab and unironically going to hell if that place exists as described
