>>84521630Oh kek, we really need to start from the top. You can check the wiki in the op, it has a good start guide (kinda outdated but will get you started) to let you know what all those are but in short
model/checkpoint - This is what generates the images,
LoRA - are a way to add stuff the model doesn't know, characters/styles/concepts etc.
Vae - for XL there is just one and most model comes with it so dont't have to worry about this one was more important in the prev generation of models.
Upscalers - Download this, it should let you easily download these and other custom nodes you may need later

Btw what are the specs for your computer? for XL you need a fairly beefy rig (8gb VRAM GPU min, can go lower but will be painful to gen kek)
