Clip Studio Paint just did a 2.0 livestream where they enhanced the 3d pose models to help artists cheat more. Artists can use AI for reference or conceptualizing, but also some artists are showing their workflow where they iterate between AI and manually drawing in photoshop to get the desired result, using img2img and inpainting. The AI vs human debate is dumb, in the next few years the lines will be blurred more, some top artists will just hide the fact they use AI to avoid the drama, like they hide tracing over a photo or a 3d model.
