>>80248111I love both my model designs and all their variations. The left (designed by me) was made to be simple to draw, stylized, and a bit cartoonish. Taking inspiration from artists like funamusea for the blank white skin, and atsushi ohkubo for the pupiless eyes and toothy grin that shows up in my ref sheet among other artworks. The glaring hole through my chest allows me to pass the silhouette test quite easily too. I believe there's beauty in simplicity, so I applied all I could to make patchery memorable, but not cluttered nor forgettable.
As for the right (designed by an anon), I adore greatly. It's seemingly a departure from my original design philosophy, capturing a more playfully seductive angle. Yet it still feels like me. The gloves, the smile, even the way our bangs shape and bring attention to the eyes and face. There's more color in the cheeks too. The makeup highlights and shows off more of the subtle movements and expressions on the model, its clearly made to play in to the strengths of vroid as a program. Plus its cute. People like to look at cute things.
