yes, there's an unofficial "aspcord" that's run by a bunch of TBA vtubers who haven't debuted or streamed in months
yes you can get in all you have to do is have an account on twitch and twitter set up where you've done a couple streams, have VODs up, and clearly are putting some effort in
just DM the people in it, it's not hard to figure out who the people are in it
that being said it's not some super secret mystical thing, people get better advice from /wvt/ about streaming shit if you're not a retard about it, since that's full of active streamers who regularly break 50-100 viewers instead of vchatters and TBA drama
This thread is to dump the basics at you, where to request art, how to set up the most basic of the basic for your OBS, how to click play and then you should already be moving into /wvt/ if you're serious because that's where you're going to get feedback from people who have done this before, and more relevant pastebins, like the fucking essays they wrote on which books to read to improve your singing voice and quality
