That you literally can't tell before like two years in and maybe two Japan arcs if an individual EN will hate the work cadence at Cover. Biboo seems to be trucking along just fine, having moved and all.
There's a plenty of ENs who hate some of the corpo life routine, getting burned out and whatnot, ref. Kiara and Bae to name just a couple, but they don't wanna leave just yet (who knows if it gets better at Cover or worse in the future).
