I don't wanna /blog/ about it, but you find a way if there are other compatibilities, and they're up for it. I've dated someone whom I looked up to significantly, she was successful, wealthy, and inconceivably empathetic, but also strong-headed when she wanted something. You still learn to sense out when they're looking for you to take the lead, although it might differ slightly from what you're used to.
