>>19794795That's exactly why I'm mad. Even with Holos that often make dumbass mistakes, they all try in their own ways to make their fans happy as well. Even Mori (despite frequently being a dumbass in my opinion) cranks out tons of music, collabs with plenty of Holos and still streams regularly. But with Sana, there's just not much good to balance out all that bad.
Sana's absence prevents more frequent Council and full gen collabs. Sana's absence makes the collabs that do happen more awkward, because her bonds with the other girls are not as strong. It's disrespectful to the other girls who are working hard that Sana gets to sit on the same level as them when she is doing less than the bare minimum Cover expects from their talents. Compared to Kronii who Twitcasted through her computer melting down, or Fauna who was editing and recording an ASMR at her parent's place with a freshly purchased laptop, or Mumei streaming during midterm season, or Bae streaming continuously for an entire goddamn month the difference in effort put into Hololive between the girls is almost painful. And leaving her fanbase entirely in the dark about when she's coming back is disrespectful to their time and investment in her as a Hololive member.
Now, I don't think Sana is a bad person. She seems like a bubbly personality, and her initial streams before her first break were a welcome add to Council's lineup. But she needs to have a serious moment of self reflection and decide how to deal with the simple fact that she's not putting enough time and effort into being a Hololive member and making an effort of some kind to fix that. Maybe that means dropping some side work. Maybe that means working herself to exhaustion like Ina. Or maybe that means accepting that joining up was a mistake and deciding where to go from there. But having her in this pseudograduation limbo where she's only dragged out for major events just serves to sour them by reminding everyone that Council has this one chick that never streams.
