Houka Maa 鳳華マア shows up in some place and calls herself Shouka Kii 唱歌きい. The names are puns; I suppose Pico-chan loves puns.
The original name Houka Maa 鳳華マア has the characters for "bird sparkling" but due to its pronunciation, it can be understood as Houkama 放火魔, which means "fire devil" or "pyromaniac".
The name 唱歌きい has the characters for "singing", however due to its pronunciation, it can be understood as Shoukaki 消火器 (extinguish, fire, tool), or "fire extinguisher". So as Houka Maa she's the arsonist, and as Shouka Kii she's the fire extinguisher.
I guess Shoukaki could also be 小火器 (small, fire, tool), or "firearm", which is appropriate since Pico-chan is a gangster.
