Ideally you'd want a store in a airport, but work with what you can. You might get people willing to make a pilgrimage to a place that sells vtuber merch year round. You'd want make it difficult to steal merch, and you'd want to probably partner with as many vtubers as possible that way more pilgrims are likely to show up. You might also want a stupid statue for pilgrims to take a photo with McDonald's style. Influencers are really froggy, and might keep you funded if you don't get robbed first.
